By bringing the course to your location, you’ll prepare a team of your teachers to meet the diverse learning needs of all students in their classrooms.

Participants from the same school benefit from learning together and sharing solutions to common challenges. Once the cohort understands the neurodevelopmental framework and shares a common “language” that describes learning differences, each member of the team is more likely to transition smoothly back into the classroom, collaborate effectively with others and jointly support the program to facilitate eventual school-wide change. (Generalist Path and Subject Specialist Path programs are available. Click here for descriptions.)

    > Develop teams of problem solvers within a school or district to quickly build local expertise
    > Minimizes time spent traveling
AN ATTRACTIVE VALUE:
    > Depending on school goals, on-demands can be the shortest and most cost-efficient route to helping all students succeed as learners

All Kinds of Minds or one of its Professional Development Providers provides a Schools Attuned Program journey that occurs in two stages, requiring a sum of 45 hours of participation, including:

> A core course consisting of 35 hours (over five or more days) of interactive, facilitated learning
> Extended learning of approximately 10 hours using school-selected learning modules from our menu of topics

All Kinds of Minds will provide the Schools Attuned Program on-site to a school or consortium for a cohort of up to 26 participants. The requesting site contracts with All Kinds of Minds to deliver all aspects of the program. For any On-Site Program, All Kinds of Minds provides:

> 1-2 members of our top-qualified faculty for the 35-hour Core Course
> Core Course materials, including readings, syllabus binder, follow-up materials, and documented management strategies for implementing the Schools Attuned Program in the classroom
> A constructivist approach to adult learning—newly acquired information is processed within the context of existing knowledge of the participant
> Developing Minds multimedia set—a 22-video library for your teacher resource center

The Sponsoring Organization will provide:
> One on-site coordinator/assistant facilitator for every 26 participants
> Facilities for Core Course and follow-up coursework
> Computers with internet access for use by all participants
> AV equipment (TV/VCR, overhead projector, screen)
> Refreshments and breaks

What is the cost?
The cost varies between $1,000 - $1,500 per person for a cohort of 26 participants depending on your prior Schools Attuned Program experience and the level of support and resources necessary to delivery a top-quality professional development program.

Application:
A limited number of On-Site courses are scheduled each year. Please submit a completed application early, at least 3 months prior to your requested training dates. All Kinds of Minds will contact the organization to discuss scheduling, expectations and answer any questions.
* By submitting an application, you are not obligated to host an On-Site. It is a preliminary step.
