Below are the seven professional goals of the Schools Attuned Program. Participants reflect upon and revisit these goals several times during the Program.
  1. To understand the fundamental principles of the Schools Attuned Program
  2. To understand the eight neurodevelopmental constructs, their key functions, and the roles they play in student learning
  3. To be familiar with the components of the different neurodevelopmental functions, and know how to get more information about them
  4. To employ the skill of evidence-based hypothesizing about students' learning strengths and weaknesses
  5. To be able to demystify students, parents, and others about a student's learning profile
  6. To be able to develop a Management Plan collaboratively with students and parents that reflects a student's learning profile and provides appropriate management strategies
  7. To understand and be aware of my own strengths and weaknesses as a learner, and the implications for my teaching
