The next Clinician Conference will be scheduled soon.
Receipt of registration does not ensure activity attendance
because seating is limited. The registration fee includes comprehensive
syllabus binder, continuing education credit, all presentations and workshops,
and continental breakfast each day. Payment and signed Clinician's
Agreement must be included with the registration form.
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel and travel
arrangements.
DO NOT make hotel or travel arrangements until you have received a receipt
of payment or confirmation of registration from our office. All Kinds of Minds
and UNC CME are not responsible for any travel-related costs.
Participants can fly into the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) or
Piedmont Triad International (GSO) Airports. The hotel’s address is 211
Pittsboro Street, Chapel Hill, NC.
