Price: Teams from districts or schools are encouraged to attend at the rate of $250 per participant.

Registration: Registration fees are payable at the time of registration. All Kinds of Minds accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and purchase orders. We request that you notify us at least ten (10) days before the seminar if you require ADA accommodation.

Federal Funding in Support of Professional Development: Federal funding may be available to participants who wish to attend professional development programs offered by All Kinds of Minds.  Check with your local contact for district or state federal programs to discuss how to access funding.  General information about funding support is provided below. 

In 2003, Congress issued two reports stating support for expenditures of federal funds for programs such as those offered by All Kinds of Minds.  House Report 108-188 from the Committee on Appropriations (pg 143) and  Senate Report 108-185 addressing IDEA (pp 56-57) state the following:

"The committee is interested in professional development programs that prepare school personnel to use a neurodevelopment framework to recognize, understand and manage students who struggle to find school success because of differences in learning..."  

Schools have used federal funds from the following federal formula programs for professional development programs offered by All Kinds of Minds: 
  • IDEA: Part B
  • Title I A: NCLB (schools in need of improvement can include funds for Schools Attuned and Educational Care in their school improvement plans)
  • Title VI B: Rural and Low Performing Schools
States that are recipients of the federal competitive programs listed below may use these funds for professional development programs from All Kinds of Minds: 
  • Title IV B: 21st Century Schools
Walk-ins: Walk-in registrants are welcome on a space-available basis.

Special Needs: AKOM welcomes individuals with disabilities to its programs, services, activities. If you anticipate needing reasonable accommodations or have questions about access to any programs or facilities, please contact School Attuned Customer Service, at least 30 days in advance of the indicated start date at 888.829.5995 or
sa@allkindsofminds.org.

Substitutions and Cancellations: Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the seminar. Cancellations received up to 10 business days before the seminar are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If All Kinds of Minds must cancel for any reason, All Kinds of Minds' liability is limited to the tuition.

Confirmation: Your registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please bring this confirmation to the seminar as it will help expedite on-site check-in the day of the seminar. Your confirmation also serves as your receipt for fees paid.
