As the first Schools Attuned Program Professional Development Provider in Canada, the Peel District School Board offered its inaugural Schools Attuned courses in August 2002. Since that time, close to 1,400 educators, including teachers, administrators, psychologists, speech and language pathologists and resource staff have participated in the Program. Participants state that their practice has been greatly impacted since taking the Schools Attuned Program.
The tuition cost of $1,200 (CA$) covers the five day comprehensive course, course materials and a ten hour follow up offered at various times throughout the year.
